Simply activate it by using any of the arrow keys and the loading graphic will stop rotating and tun into a 'snake' which you can now control using arrow keys and eat up the dots that appear randomly over the video.
You can continue playing the game even after the video has finished loading and has started playing. But if your 'Snake' has crashed into the walls(sides of the video) and the game ends, you'll have to wait for the loading graphic to appear on-screen once again in order to start the next game.
