Another 365 days have flown by once again, and as the mainline action dries up, and the last few Santa and Mince Pies specials arrive at the end of the line, there is only one way to round off the year: Merry Christmas From CWSteam&Diesel. It's been a pretty good year for Britain's Railways. The 'Flying Scotsman' craze, fifty years since the end of the Somerset and Dorset Joint Railway, and the Swanage Railway's extension to Wareham are just a handful of highlights from 2016. But, we must now look forward to what the next twelve months have to offer, with many outstanding events and opportunities for enthusiasts and the general public to dig their teeth into. Not to mention, the debut of CWSteam&Diesel's own model railway series 'Behind The Yellow Line' in the coming weeks... I hope you all enjoy the video.
