This week's Summer Sunday Scene was taken whilst on a trip to the Great Central Railway (see seperate video). I'd never had the chance to visit Peak Rail before, so i pulled in to Rowsley South Station a short while before the 13:51 departure to Matlock. The train consisted of Hunslet Austerity 0-6-0ST 3883 'Lord Phil' at the head of the stock, and BR Class 31 31270 on the tail. Services to Matlock must be top-and-tailed as there is no run-round loop at the Network Rail Station. I hope you all enjoy the video.
